Hotel Room Block at The Peabody 

The room block is now open, and the rate for our group is $249 unless you book a more expensive room - that's up to you! The rooms are all very beautiful. If you decide to add on a Thursday night for a longer stay, the rate is also $249. Our block is for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights (book 1, 2 or 3 nights).

Deadline to Book Hotel Room is November 10, 2022

You must reserve a room by November 10, and you may cancel up to 72 hours before the meeting. If you cancel later than 72 hours out, you will be charged one night's stay.

Registration for the Meeting

Registration will open this month.  Stay tuned for another email within the next 2 weeks.

Member Rate for Meeting Registration

If you want to register and get the TDS member rate which will be less than the non-member rate as always, you must renew your membership for 2022 before you register for the meeting. Just send in your 2022 dues of $150 to:

Signing up Exhibitors for the Meeting

If you know of any pharmaceutical companies that may like to exhibit and are not any of the ones that exhibited last year (they will be invited back), please give this Exhibitor Sign-up Form to them.  You may forward this entire email to them or print out some hard copies of the form to hand them directly. 

Possible New Spouse Meet-up on Saturday Morning

Make the meeting weekend a mini-vacation!  In fact, if we have enough spouses and guests coming, we may do a little gathering for them on Saturday morning at the hotel.  If so, they would meet with a rep from the Memphis Convention and Visitor's Bureau to learn about tours that day, nearby shopping and dining (they can lunch together)!  We can have some coffee, juice and pastries for them as they listen.
